Please note that all listed prices are for informational purposes only. Your booking is considered valid only after we have confirmed it—either via email or phone.
If the selected appointment no longer suits you and you wish to cancel, please let us know by email or phone.
If, for any reason, you are unable to attend your reserved appointment, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance.
As rescheduling requires time, cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment, taking our business hours into account.
By proceeding with the booking, I acknowledge and accept the following liability disclaimer:
1. Disclosure of Health Conditions
I declare that I have disclosed all relevant health information to the massage therapist, including but not limited to: chronic illnesses, allergies, skin conditions, injuries, and any other conditions diagnosed by a medical professional.
I acknowledge that massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, and the massage therapist does not diagnose conditions or provide medical care.
Regardless of my current health status, I choose to receive the selected service or treatment at my own risk.
I confirm that I understand the chosen treatment and its effects.
If necessary, I have consulted my doctor regarding the chosen treatment and, based on their advice, I proceed with the selected service.
2. Liability
I agree to immediately inform the massage therapist of any discomfort or pain experienced during the massage.
I understand that the purpose of the massage is to improve overall well-being and is not intended as a medical or healing treatment.
I release the massage therapist and the service provider from any liability for unexpected reactions or injuries that may occur during or after the massage, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
I have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the service provider.
I understand and acknowledge the listed contraindications, and that massage is strictly prohibited, especially but not exclusively, in the following cases:
Absolute Contraindications:
- Acute (inflammatory) conditions
- Infectious diseases
- Pregnancy
- Tumors
- Tuberculosis (TBC)
- Burns
- Intoxication (alcohol or drugs)
- Heavy menstrual days
- Vascular obstructions (e.g., thrombosis)
- Bleeding disorders
Relative Contraindications:
- Fractures, dislocations, or trauma (In some cases, treatment on the unaffected limb may benefit the affected one through reflex response.)
- Epilepsy (only untreated epilepsy is a contraindication)
- Osteoporosis (only advanced-stage osteoporosis is a contraindication)
- Blood pressure and heart problems (only untreated cases are contraindicated)
3. Hygiene and Code of Conduct
I commit to arriving at the massage session in a state of proper personal hygiene.
I agree to conduct myself respectfully and appropriately during the massage and to honor the therapist’s professional boundaries at all times.
We treat your personal data confidentially and do not share it with third parties.
